The property is protected
TLA Rent & Legal Protection protects the insured property address rather than being tied solely to one tenant.
If one tenancy ends and another begins during the period of insurance, you don't automatically need to purchase another annual policy simply because the tenant changes.
The new tenancy and tenant must still satisfy the applicable policy requirements.
Subject to policy wording and eligibility requirements. This statement must be checked against the final insurer wording and IPID before publication.
One property. One annual policy. Changing tenant.
Rent and Legal Protection
From £292 a year*
That's around 80p a day to help protect an income worth thousands of pounds a year.
*Example includes a £277 annual insurance premium and TLA's £15 annual administration fee. Cover is subject to policy terms, conditions, limits, exclusions and eligibility.
A small fee to keep TLA working for landlords
Insurance has a lot going on behind the scenes. Our small £15 annual administration fee helps towards the cost of administering your policy, payment processing, technology, hosting and keeping TLA's landlord tools and guidance available.
We'd rather be clear about it than hide it somewhere in the small print.
